The Ocean House story
A grade-II listed Georgian property, Ocean House has played an important role in the town of Tenby for over a century, having historically served as the Harbourmaster’s house.
Owned by the Keohane family for the past two-decades, the property has been lovingly renovated to provide a luxurious modern holiday home that enables guests to take in the magic of Tenby in a home that has everything they could possibly need.
With a terrace that boasts some of the best possible views of Tenby Harbour, an open plan living and dining area, large kitchen, cinema room, and five ensuite bedrooms, Ocean House is the perfect place for a luxurious stay on the Pembrokeshire Coast for groups of up to 14 people.

14 tired teachers had the most perfect hen weekend staying at Ocean House. We were so touched by the little touches like the decorations for our hen and the treats in the cinema room. Betty went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful, even popping by after work to say hello and check we were all good. The whole house is beautiful,and we felt like millionaires for the weekend. Thank you so much Betty. We will hopefully be back one day.

We have just returned from a weekend at Ocean House to celebrate my best friends Hen weekend. The house is absolutely stunning, with everything you could need & more. The views were incredible, and each room was spacious and comfortable. Betty was an absolutely amazing host, who was flexible with arrival & departure times & even popped over with bin bags when we ran out. We could not recommend the house more, we will be back for other celebrations I’m sure! We didn’t want to leave.

Just returned from a fabulous long weekend at Ocean House. It was perfect in every way... the location is fantastic, waking up to and eating breakfast with stunning views over Tenby's North Beach and harbour. Just a short walk into the main town with plenty of places to eat and drink. The interior of Ocean House
is equally stunning, extremely comfortable and perfect for a relaxing weekend catching up with old friends. Would highly recommend.

We had a simply wonderful stay for a week and the house worked as a perfect base for many family reunion moments. Stunning views to instantly give a holiday feel, perfect location for exploring Tenby on foot and Pembrokeshire plus St David’s. The different options for groupings (children in the cinema room, kitchen sitting, panoramic living room, outdoor space on balcony) worked so well and lots of attention to detail. Thank you for making all of us so happy!

We spent two nights at Ocean House. The house itself is stunning. Everyone's needs were catered for in this beautiful house. We had three families staying and a dog. There was so much space for us all. There is so much attention to detail photos do not do it justice. Betty made it special putting up celebration banners and making us feel very welcome. It enabled all our family to spend quality time under one roof. Thankyou Betty, we all have wonderful memories of Ocean House and Tenby xxx

What a fantastic holiday home in the best location overlooking Tenby Harbour. House is really stunning. We were two families with children aged 6-10 and it worked really well. Cinema room (jelly beans and popcorn thrown in!) in particular went down well. Betty was outstanding with communication throughout and gave us a lovely welcome. We WW pull highly recommend!

We stayed at Ocean House for 3 nights and celebrated the New Year 2024 with our family & friends. Words can not describe this beautiful house. You have to see it to believe it. It is top quality & comfort combined. The decor is amazing...particularly the beautiful spiral staircase. Every part of the house has attention to detail. 13 of us stayed & would most certainly stay again. The host Betty was lovely & so helpful. The house is walking distance to the beach & lots of wonderful restaurants & bars 🥰

We had the best stay at Ocean House! Felt like a home from home. The house was spotless throughout, and it had everything you could want or need. The whole house has been finished to such a high standard, the location is amazing and it is definitely the best house you could stay in Tenby. Betty is also a very lovely lady and couldn’t do enough to help, along with decorating the house as we were celebrating a birthday. I would 100% recommend Ocean House to anybody looking for a luxurious place to stay in the perfect location, with the best views!

Where do I start on this beautiful property??
Firstly, Betty is a lovely lady, who is the most approachable, helpful person you'd ever want as a host. From complementary Prosecco on our arrival, down to banners placed inside the property for the birthdays we booked to celebrate for.
We stayed as a group of 14 women (mothers & Daughters) celebrating 30th and 60th birthdays.
The house itself is AMAZING. Betty told us it's taken 30 years in the making - IT SHOWS! We have no complaints. Everything has been thought through to the finest of details - nothing is a miss. We stayed at the beginning of June and we were lucky with the weather, as we had a beautiful weekend of sunshine. Each bedroom is beautifully presented, comfy beds, spacious room and even the option of how you would like the rooms set out (doubles, singles etc) Everything was perfect and nothing was too much of an ask.
We went swimming in the sea each morning - and the ones who weren't keen on the idea watched us from Ocean House balcony which has a full view over North beach (breathtaking). The views are spectacular from almost every single window. You will not be disappointed.
We stayed for 2 nights - ventured out once, but weren't out long before heading back to the house as we wanted to spend all our time there - it was perfect for us.
Every single person who stayed said they would not hesitate to stay here again. Everything was top notch. Zero complaints from us. Thank you Betty for making my 30th Birthday weekend a special one. I'm sure you will see us again in the not so distant future.

Wauu....what can I say...just wauuu. What a find. I could wax lyrical about this place but my words would not do it justice. The spiral staircase just connects everything. The architect has really transformed this place to another level. Stayed there two nights with 4 families with 4 kids and it was amazing. I had some early morning runs along the beach, sunrise watching etc. Magic. Asked my wife to imagine being at Ocean House for a big family Christmas... the place is just so cosy yet modern and inviting. Yes, Tenby is touristy but your stay does not have to be. Ocean House is now my new bar for what a stay could / should be like. ...a place done right.

My family has not had a chance to get away together for several years and we jumped at a last minute opportunity and chose Ocean House as it looked big enough to house us quite luxuriously. However upon arrival we realised the photos simply not done the property justice!!! The size and attention to detail that has gone into the property is mind blowing,
Betty was an absolutely amazing host and welcomed us and gave us a quick run down and left us to it! There was so much space that even comprising 6 adults and 6 children and 2 dogs from 4 households, we were not under each other's feet at all! There are more bathrooms than bedrooms and there was space to relax individually and space for us all to come together as well.
The location is incredible, very short walking distance into town and to the beaches and despite it being peak August and great weather, we didn't have any trouble parking!
The sunrise in the mornings were spectacular from the bedrooms and the balcony, we will certainly be back to stay again. Thank you Betty and Mike, we have made some life lasting memories at your place, you deserve to be so proud of what you have created!
